We are proud to announce, that automation.eXpress and Micros Automation have commenced the process of establishing a Joint Venture corporation together in Greenville, South Carolina, United States of America.

The purpose of this Joint Venture shall be a strategic cooperation, i.e. a service- and distribution collaboration between both parties and shareholders of the Joint Venture for the North American market (USA, Canada and Mexico).

The Joint Venture, mAX Automation LLC, will presumably start operating on 1st October 2022. All business and all transactions of Micros Automation and automation.eXpress in the North American market shall from this point in time be processed through mAX Automation
